What clients are saying

Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

Victoria Gartelos

“I just wanted to take an opportunity to reach out to you regarding the transaction I just completed with Victoria Gartelos and her buyer on my listing. I don't think most of us tend to take enough time to congratulate and reward people when things go well. Whereas when things like real estate transactions do not go well, we tend to be very quick to throw out a complaint. I wanted to break from that norm and reach out to you to say what a true pleasure it was working with Victoria. She displayed the highest degree of professionalism without even a hint of arrogance...which I'm sure we can both agree is a rare occurrence these days.

Just a couple notes to exemplify my point... Before even going active, I spotted one of Victoria's closed listings in the MLS. I liked the professional photos of the grounds and common areas of the complex that simply could not have been re-created this time of year. I reached out to Victoria to see if I could purchase some of the photos from her in order to incorporate them into my own listing photos. She immediately complied and suggested a donation to a charity she works with in lieu of any cash payment to her. As we talked, she thanked me for reaching out instead of just "poaching" the photos that we both know she had to pay for. I quickly learned that Victoria was an expert on this complex, and was so grateful for the time she spent talking with me and the insight on this complex that she was willing to share.

Low and behold, a couple weeks later it was none other than Victoria that brought my seller an offer on our listing. After navigating an incredibly smooth transaction, in which Victoria was always accessible when the need to communicate arose, we hit a slight snag as I noticed a double charge to my seller on the Settlement Statement from the HOA for $200...Not a "deal-killer", but certainly something worth the effort to resolve. I got nowhere in one conversation with the HOA, and an un-returned phone call on a second effort. As I mentioned before, Victoria is the expert in this complex, and as I soon as I mentioned (in passing) the double charge, she went to work. Victoria made multiple phone calls to her contacts within the HOA, and had multiple conversations back and forth with the title company. After all the discussion, Victoria was able to get the HOA to agree to refund the double charge to my seller. I was just so blown away by her willingness to pitch-in and help on a matter that was never going to threaten a delay to our closing...Victoria helped out because she simply wanted to help, and wanted everyone to be treated fairly. As a Managing Broker at my company of nearly 600 agents, I get to see many agents from many different brokerages and how they handle themselves throughout the course of a transaction. I can say without question that this effort made by Victoria, all in the name of fairness, was more of an effort than most agents would make to benefit even their own clients...I am very grateful.

I hope you will want to share this correspondence with anyone who will listen, as Victoria is a living breathing example of the professionalism and attitude all of us in the industry should be striving to achieve.”

Kim Schantz

“I liked Kim from the day we met. She as energetic, positive and knowledgeable. After our first meeting I knew I was in good hands. Over time I gained an ongoing respect for Kim and her dedication to helping me not only sell the house but also for the support she provided me for the next few months. She stayed in touch as I worked through the very painful process of clearing out my mother’s house and getting it ready to sell. She was always willing to help me work through any problems I was having with the house. She offered advice and always explained her logic whenever I had a decision to make. Kim was spot on with the suggestions she made regarding upgrades to the hoes and always willing to listen to my opinions or concerns without judgement.

Once the home was on the market, Kim kept in touch, always sharing any positive comments or concerns that potential buyers expressed after a tour of the house. She helped me stay positive when an offer didn’t come through and always shared her strategy going forward. I had complete trust in Kim and her experience and was more than willing to follow her advice. She has a great sense of humor and we were able to laugh, even when it looked like it might take longer to sell than originally anticipated. Once we had serious buyer, Kim kept in touch with the buyer’s real estate agent and worked with the agent and the title company to close early.

Kim is extremely dedicated to her job and her clients. I will always be grateful for the support ant professional guidance she provided me as I worked through the difficult experience of selling my mother’s house.”

Niels Oomkes

"Niels went way above and beyond what we expected to try and get my condo sold as fast as possible so we could move forward with the purchase of a new place."

Pam Parker

"Pam with Perry and Company is the best! She has helped our family with a few real estate transactions and she is by far the best. She knows the Denver market so well and all of our transactions have been flawless. Thanks Pam!"

Kim Schantz

“Kim was absolutely amazing. She went well above and beyond for us. I can’t speak highly enough about Kim. She sets the bar high and we couldn’t be more satisfied.“

Kim Schantz

“Kim went above and beyond. She coached a scared newly married couple through their first purchase. She connected us to financing advisors in a pinch. We couldn’t have done it without her. Kim was wonderful on all fronts. We will use her again when we are looking to buy or sell. Fantastic experience and professionalism.”

Kim Schantz

“Kim kept us informed at all times. We valued her opinion on all issues and trusted her judgement! Such a professional! We were so happy with how Kim handled the sale of our home from the moment we decided to sell until the closing. We have recommended her to many friends. Thank you Kim!”

Kim Schantz

“We love working with Kim. She’s professional, organized, extremely on top of the market and always looking out for us from an investment standpoint. There are many others who simply show houses until they find you one you like, but with kim, you know she is looking out for you!”

Kim Schantz

“Kim had a timeline and followed it! She did a great job from getting the house ready, the price and knowing the people to get the jobs done and the house ready.”
