A Denver-area native originally from Arvada, Katie lived in the DU/Washington Park area for many years, then moved to the new Stapleton community, and now lives in the Denver Tech Center area.  She has intimate knowledge of and a special appreciation for metro Denver's many unique neighborhoods, including historic areas, emerging neighborhoods, and communities embracing "new urbanism."
