After having lived and worked for many years in San Leandro, CA, my family decided it was time for a change.  We felt that the Denver Metro area offered what our family needed most.  Leaving friends and established careers was tough, but an opportunity for a better quality of life and our children’s education was more important.  So in 2005, we packed up and moved to Greenwood Village to be closer to family and all that being near the Rocky Mountains has to offer. 

Moving people is what I do for a living.  Moving my family, and employing my own advice, was a difficult thing.  In the end, it was an easy transition because I put into action the very advice and experience I offer my clients.My career in real estate began in California in 1991.  For the past 17 years my objectives have been two fold:
   1. Know the current market trends and conditions.
   2. Know my clients’ needs and always put them first.
I do not make the market, but I am responsible for understanding its’ ebbs and flow.  By staying in tune with the market conditions I am able to effectively council my clients.  I am able to focus on what matters to them.  I take great pride in the work I do, and I consider it both a privilege, and an honor, to protect my clients and their real estate objectives.
