When Perry & Co. first joined the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents I quickly jumped on board.  As an Associate Regent, I represent the company in today’s global real estate market.  The Board of Regents referral network provides me, and my clients, with global resources that would not be available without this affiliation.  However, being based at the Perry & Co. Denver Technological Center office puts me right in the heart of the South Suburban marketplace.  This is the part of town that I live in and use for my personal recreation.

Previous to becoming a Realtor, I worked as a Flight Attendant. During that time, I traveled extensively in the United States, as well as internationally. The one aspect of being a Flight Attendant that I enjoyed most, other than flying, was meeting new people.  The customer service skills I refined during the nine years I flew enable me to better communicate and understand the needs of my clientele.

As a child, I grew up the daughter of a Designer/Builder, so my exposure to custom built homes started at a very early age.  This background has enhanced my ability to understand the quality of design and construction of homes.  Because of my interest in new construction, I have fostered affiliated relationships with several Builders and Architects throughout the Denver Metro Area.  This gives me an up-to-date knowledge of the latest building techniques and trends.  This advantage benefits my clients in many ways, for example; I am able to help my clients visualize a home’s potential that they may not have seen otherwise.

In my free time I still love to travel, and do so often. My most recent adventure took me to Seattle where I visited friends, toured the city, and spent hours enjoying the beautiful Puget Sound.   I also enjoy running and biking with my family, interior design, and gardening. The re-energizing that I get from my hobbies allows me to commit myself to the ever-changing craft of real estate.  Through creative marketing, meticulous communication, and by nurturing a trusting relationship, I promise to represent your best interest with integrity, tenacity, and care.
